Gucci denim with beaded drops hanging off the pocket line like earrings someone forgot to take off.
The front pockets are trimmed in crystal and pearl chandelier work, with pendants that hang loose and move when you do. It is the only pair in the collection where the beading leaves the surface of the denim.
Below that, the fabric is opened up. Shredded at the thigh and knee, then beaded straight through the damage so the frayed threads and the pearl clusters sit in the same plane. Nothing was patched or backed. The destruction is structural to the design.
The wash runs bone at the hip down to deep indigo at the calf, and the heaviest beadwork lands where the color is darkest.
