Every Parisa piece is inspected, wrapped by hand, and shipped from our California atelier.
Domestic (United States). Complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days via insured, trackable courier. Given the value of each piece, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
International. We ship worldwide via insured express courier, with rates calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you need a piece by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns
We hope you love your piece as much as we loved making it. If it is not right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Each garment is handmade and one of a kind, so returned pieces are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.
To begin a return, email us at [email address] with your order number. We will provide a prepaid, insured return label. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges. Because nearly every piece is one of one, direct exchanges are rarely possible. If you would like a different piece, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
Bespoke and commissioned pieces. Works created to order, including custom sizing and colorways, are final sale.
Damaged or incorrect orders. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
