Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your piece as much as we loved making it. If it is not right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Each garment is handmade and one of a kind, so returned pieces are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.

To begin a return, email us at sharleenesf@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges. Because nearly every piece is one of one, direct exchanges are rarely possible. If you would like a different piece, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.

Bespoke and commissioned pieces. Works created to order, including custom sizing and colorways, are final sale.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
